ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES' PROJECT COMPLETION AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR FOR THE OAK PARK SCHOOL CLASSROOM RENOVATIONS AND PORTABLE INSTALLATION PRE-CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
Description
All work has been completed. The final project costs have been internally audited and are enclosed in Final Contractor's Application and Certificate for Payment #15. The Director of Construction Services Department had determined that the project is complete in accordance with state statutes.
Recommendation
That the Oak Park School Classroom Renovations and Portable Installation Pre-construction project be accepted as complete and the final payment to contractor be approved as presented.
